Our electricians can provide custom designs, expert installation and 24-hour service repair for commercial, industrial and residential living. Winger electricians are skilled in their profession and are highly trained in the following: Hart communicator, variable speed drives; motor controls hardware or PLC; fire alarm systems; smart transmitters; flow meters; Fisher/Rosemont; data/communication; commissioning/start-up; maintenance; annual training on National and city electrical code; Device Net; field buss; fiber optics; "Cat" 5; telephone systems, card readers and closed-circuit television systems.

Winger is a premier Union electrical contractor for the construction industry. We specialize in building relationships with our partners, providing exceptional customer service with courtesy and trust. Our knowledge and experience provides you stability, speed and consistency and our company values ensure honesty and integrity. While most electrical contractors focus on contracts, dollars and revenues, we have always believed that if we focus on quality service and treating our clients with respect, the numbers will take care of themselves. Our intimate knowledge of the building and electrical code, along with the National Electrical Code (NEC) means the work is done quickly, efficiently, and correctly — the first time. We maintain a core group of excellent electricians, some who have been with the company since its inception. With workplace happiness, a core business essential. We provide staff training and opportunities for advancement to our employees. We hire Union electricians, apprentices and apprentice trainees and help train, groom and advance them through to the journeymen, foremen and project manager levels. An OSHA-certified workforce is proof that we take safety seriously. Our safety employee handbook follows the NECA safety program outline, an extensive set of guidelines. Through this, we lay out rules for job safety to which our employees must adhere. Weekly safety tool talks are enforced on all jobsites with multiple employees. All journeymen are OSHA certified for the 10-hour training course in construction.
